A salad burger sounds like the fixings sans meat. Tuna is not meat. Chicken salad is not meat. They are red meat substitutes. So is soy protein. You want the best inner thigh work out: what about a thousand squats? Are you kidding? You’re not in the Army! If you want to do a thousand squats go through basic training and disobey a direct order from your superior. That’s one way guaranteed to have you do a thousand squats in one day. After running two miles around the track. And doing several hundred pushups. With no discrimination in the armed forces these days, it doesn’t matter if you are male or female. When your commanding officer barks, you run. Or do push ups. Or squats. Which is fine because by the time you are finished basic training you’ve gotten the best inner thigh work out ever. And a thousand squats, for you, is like lifting a feather. Easy to do.
Most likely, though, you don’t want to join the armed forces. Probably because you have a job here, and quite possibly family. Parents. A spouse, and a few kids who like having their mom around. A cat who owns you. So if your inner thighs are saggy and have fat deposits and are otherwise unsightly, and you need the best inner thigh work out possible, is it okay to think about a thousand squats? Will they help? So do your thousand squats whatever way you choose – all at once each day, or work up to it. You’re a winner both ways. Although the second way is much easier and preferable in my opinion.
Fat Deposits on Thighs: Eating the Wrong Food?
You’ve noticed that you have fat deposits on your thighs and you wonder if you are eating the wrong food. Your doctor has also noticed those fat deposits on your thighs and he’s asked you if you are eating the wrong food. First of all, what is the wrong food? What makes a food “wrong”? Because once we know what makes a food wrong, the rest makes the food right. So it must mean a food can be wrong and right simultaneously. And if there’ something right with a food, can it be all that bad? Anyway, do you really think fat deposits on thighs come from eating the wrong food? Again, what is a wrong food? So, can fat deposits on thighs come from eating the wrong food? It’s possible, I suppose. They could also come from the fat deposit fairy, who leaves them at night when you are sleeping. Like magic, they appear each morning. And you are tired of seeing them. So, start eating right. Eat salads and vegetables without butter. Lettuce and tomato and cucumber, a few radishes and onions for flavor, skip the oil dressings, skip the real bacon bits. Eat plenty of fruit. Apples, pears, watermelon, berries – all have no fat. Make sure the foods you buy are fat free. Stick with fat free milk. Try eating a no fat diet for a month. If the fat deposits on your thighs remain, you’ll know it’s not from eating the wrong food. It’s probably from eating all the right foods! Either that, or once you have fat deposits on your thighs they are impossible to get rid of, no matter how well you start eating. Oh my! You have the fat thighs, skinny body type. Is nature playing with you? Did Mother Nature do this to you on purpose? So now we are back to the dilemma of having fat thighs, skinny body and wondering if Nature is playing with you. Nature likes to do that. She gives your sister bouncy shiny blonde hair and blue eyes with long fluttering lashes and those cute dimples when she smiles. Oh, yes, and those pearly white no fillings ever teeth. Straight teeth, of course. In addition, she’s about 5’4″ and weights 105 lbs. Perfect. What did Nature give you? Brown hair that’s fine, brown eyes with average length eyelashes (thank goodness for mascara!), and nails you can’t stop biting because you worry about your sister looking so perfect when you don’t. And you’re also stuck with small cleavage but your thighs are fat. And you are short – 5′ tall. While sis runs out on dates night after night you sit home clipping those darn hangnails. The ones you get from chronic nail biting. So yes, Nature is playing with you and she’s not playing fair. All you can do is fight back. Yes, you can fight back against Nature. Why do you think we have so many faux nature products? Hair dyes, nail polish, mascara, blush, lipstick…acne treatments. And exercise equipment. We’ve learned how to take aim at Mother Nature and hit her where it hurts. In the false department. From boob jobs to butt jobs. So if Nature gave you fat thighs with a skinny body, fight back. Exercise. Eat healthy. Get rid of that cellulite even if it takes surgery. Just make sure your health insurance covers it. Make your doctor call it a medical emergency. You may not end up with skinny thighs but they won’t be fat, either. And you’ll win. You will win the fight against Mother Nature! So join the Kardashian clan and do whatever it takes to win against Nature and her cruel games. Let Nature play with someone else for a change. You go out a winner.

You’ve finally found some perfect shorts for fat thighs. Do you feel more beautiful wearing them? More beautiful than you did when you wore shorts for regular thighs? Obviously, shorts made for fat thighs are looser around the thigh. This means they aren’t binding around your thighs, causing them to look like the life is being squeezed out of them. So of course you feel more beautiful wearing shorts for fat thighs, especially if you have fat thighs. If you don’t have fat thighs, what are you doing wearing shorts for fat thighs? Leave those shorts for women with fat thighs! Go buy your skinny thigh shorts.
It is a legitimate question, isn’t it? If you buy yourself and wear shorts for fat thighs, do you feel more beautiful? More beautiful than you already are? How often have we heard songs about you being beautiful? You in the general sense of the term “you”. “You are so beautiful to meeeee….,” crooned Joe Cocker, probably to his cocker spaniel. As a woman, I know that there are certain things that we are expected to do in order to maintain our appearance. We have to make sure that we keep our skin looking great. When we go out, we have to have our hair looking great and spend time putting on make-up. Not only do we have to worry about our faces looking great, we have to take care of other parts of our bodies. Shaving our legs is a real pain, but we have to do it. One of the most common complaints that women make when talking about their body is the fact that they hate the way their thighs look. Being a woman, I can sympathize. I hate the way my thighs look. During the Spring and early Summer is when I start paying more attention to my them. Right around April, I start thinking about the best, easiest exercise for fat thighs. I don’t have a lot of time to spend exercising, so I think about walking. Walking can help you tighten and tone your thighs and your legs. Not to mention, it is a great way to get your heart pumping and help other parts of your body become tightened and tone as well.
Walking can be done anywhere, you can go to a local park, around your neighborhood, use a treadmill, or of you want a change of scenery, you can walk at a beach or local lake. Walking can help burn calories and burn fat as well. There are no membership fees to pay either when you go for a walk. The possibilities are endless. I really think that walking is the best, easiest exercise for fat thighs.
