It seems to me that women are waiting longer and longer to have children.  I see celebrities having babies over the age of 40.  Many times those births result in having multiples.  I myself am 35, married with no children. I do want to have kids on day and hope to soon.  Some people think that I am too old to have a child because of my age.  After a woman hits the ripe old age of 35, there are more risks.  I don’t care if I am 35 or 42; it is not too old to have a baby.  I don’t care what others think.

 

While the risk may be a bit higher, I know that at age 35, I am responsible enough to care for a child. If I wait until I am 42, I will still not be too old to have a child.  I have a cousin that had her last son at age 44.  She didn’t care what people though and now has a beautiful and healthy son.  In my opinion, if you are under 50 and want a child, you are not too old.  You have to go for what you want.  If having a child is part of your dream, then by all means, have one.

I am a girly girl and I love my makeup.  I often walk by the Blingtone display in the store, but bypass it because it seems like it is aimed at teenagers and women in their twenties.
