Applying for Low Income Apartments:  Why is it Sometimes Confusing?

When you are applying for low income apartments have you ever wondered why it is sometimes confusing?  No?  Then you’re one step ahead of most who apply for low income apartments.  For one thing, half the people who apply for low income apartments are stupid.  Why are they stupid?  They are stupid because they weren’t smart enough to get a scholarship to college where they could have spent weekends drinking and playing football and then graduated with a degree guaranteed to get them a job at Burger King flipping burgers which would probably pay better than an advertising position on Madison Avenue.  They are also stupid if they can’t understand something as simple as an application for a low income apartment.  What is to understand?  You fill in your name, basic information, and most importantly, your low, low income.  What is considered low income?  Usually anything under the poverty level for your state.  You could always borrow another state’s poverty level, but in the state you live in, that might make you the equivalent of a millionaire and thus ineligible for low income apartment living.

Which really doesn’t answer the question of why applying for low income apartments is sometimes confusing.  It’s confusing because forms are always confusing.  Have you ever filled out a form for anything that wasn’t confusing?  Even filling out a form to enter a contest requires knowing your email address and name.  And that can be confusing for some.  So when basic contest entering information can be confusing, why wouldn’t an application for low income apartments be confusing?  Or is this too confusing to follow?
